These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the ABAO HAUS website, as well as the booking and participation in classes, personal training (PT), memberships, and the purchase of class packages and other services offered by ABAO HAUS.
By booking a service or participating in a class, clients confirm that they have read and agree to these GTC. These GTC form an integral part of every contractual relationship. Use of ABAO HAUS services is only possible under these terms.
ABAO HAUS offers, in particular, the following services:
Participation is permitted from the age of 18. Minors may only participate with written consent from a legal guardian.
All classes and services must be paid in advance.
Bookings are made exclusively via the website, app, or the Mariana Tek booking system.
Prices and service details are displayed in the booking system and may be adjusted by ABAO HAUS at any time.
All payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of error on the part of ABAO HAUS.
All prices published on the website, booking platforms, or other marketing materials are provided without guarantee.
ABAO HAUS expressly reserves the right to correct obvious errors at any time, including typographical, calculation, or technical transmission errors.
If a price is displayed incorrectly, no contract is concluded at the incorrect price.
In such cases, the client will be informed promptly and may either confirm the booking at the correct price or withdraw from the contract free of charge.
Free Cancellation
Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 6 hours before the start of the class.
Late Cancellation
If a cancellation is made less than 6 hours before the class, the session will be charged in full. For memberships, the session will be deducted from the allocated classes.
No-Show
If a client does not attend a booked class without cancelling, the session will be charged in full. In addition, a no-show fee of CHF 15 will be applied.
Clients are required to arrive on time for their booked class. ABAO HAUS reserves the right to refuse entry after the class has started. No right to late entry or refund exists in the event of late arrival.
ABAO HAUS grants members one (1) goodwill late cancellation per calendar year.
Within this policy, ABAO HAUS may restore the used class credit.
This goodwill policy is granted voluntarily and does not constitute a legal entitlement.
This policy does not apply to no-shows.
ABAO HAUS operates automatic waitlists for fully booked classes.
Clients may be moved from the waitlist into a class up to 5 minutes before the class begins if a spot becomes available.
First-time clients are excluded from automatic waitlist promotion.
If a spot becomes available, notification is sent automatically via the booking system.
Memberships are cancellable on a monthly basis unless a minimum term has been agreed.
ABAO HAUS offers memberships with minimum terms of one (1) month and three (3) months.
Cancellation must be made before the start of the next billing period.
After the minimum term expires, memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled.
Memberships cannot be paused.
In the case of medical reasons, membership duration may be extended upon presentation of a medical certificate. Refunds are excluded in all cases.
Memberships are personal and intended solely for the individual named in the contract.
Transfer or assignment of memberships is not permitted unless expressly approved in advance by ABAO HAUS.
In the event of misuse (in particular, sharing access credentials or entry cards), ABAO HAUS reserves the right to terminate the contract without notice for cause.
